Secure online order form.... Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, Certified Checks and pre-approved Personal Checks, in U.S. Funds. Ohio Residents add applicable sales tax. All Personal Checks must be sent in, and funds cleared before merchandise will be sent. International orders must be paid with secure funds sent by mail (i.e., international money order, cashier's check, etc). No credit cards. Call or e-mail for specific details. Shipping: Shipping will be added at the time of purchase. Freight charges are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. You will see the total actual charge before your final submission. We will make every possible effort to ship your order on the same day, if it is received before 3:00 PM EST. ALL Orders received after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day, unless circumstances beyond our control dictate otherwise. However, ALL Air Shipment orders must be received by 2:00 PM EST, in order to ship the same day. If your product is not in stock at our home warehouse in Dayton OH, we will drop ship it from the closest possible warehouse. In the event of a back order, someone will either call you or e-mail you with the details. Please provide current contact information when filling out the order form. Alaska & Hawaii orders are shipped US Postal service Priority Mail. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. We will ship to a Military APO / FPO Box via the U.S. Postal Service only when pre-arranged. Please contact us for freight quotes outside of the continental United States. Call or email for specific details. Any refused or undeliverable packages returned to our shipping warehouse will have return freight in the same amount of out going freight deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise.
* Please note that Weekend days (Sat. & Sun.) do NOT count as regular normal shipping days. We only ship orders Monday thru Friday and UPS only makes normal deliveries Monday thru Friday. Availability: Our buyers do their best to insure adequate inventory levels, but product availability is subject to prior sales. In the unlikely event of an item being unavailable, we make every effort to substitute a like or similar item for the same price. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Warranty: Tires are covered for the life of the tread (down to 2/32), against any defect in workmanship or material. The first 25% of tread wear will be replaced free of charge, after that, they will pro-rated based on our current selling price. Call for specific details. Return Policy: We offer a 30 day 100% money back guarantee on all of our products (not mounted, ran on road or put into service). If you are not satisfied, call us and we will refund or exchange your purchase (customer pays shipping on all returned merchandise). We will refund the purchase price of the product only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Liability: We are not responsible for typographical errors. Our Customer Service Dept. strives to be the best in our business, but for issues that cannot be resolved, the Better Business Bureau Care Program will be utilized.
